These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the E2P Group mobile application, owned by Driver Training Events, S.L. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides access to event management, registrations, documentation, communications and other services offered by E2P Group.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.
The App may only be used for purposes related to E2P Group services. Fraudulent use, unauthorized access and unlawful content are prohibited.
Participation in events may require acceptance of additional event-specific terms.
Messages and notifications sent through the App are intended for operational and informational purposes.
All App content is owned by Driver Training Events, S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
E2P Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App and shall not be liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the App Privacy Policy.
E2P Group may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
